As you wear it, you rotate it around your neck every 5 minutes....Once the product is activated with regular water it will be between 20 to 30 degrees cooler than the outside ambient air temperature before any ice or refrigeration. Once it’s chilled in Ice or refrigeration for 30min or longer, it will hold cooled temperatures for about 45 minutes. When not using any of our evaporative cooling products the water inside will eventually evaporate.Its reusable so you can use them over and over, just rehydrate with water
